Those who come from physical paper archiving may have no interest in dematerialising documents. Years of historical paper archives represent an often indissoluble link between client and supplier, so moving and reclassifying a paper archive is an operation whose costs far outweigh the benefits of a better or cheaper supplier. Since the middle of 2010 Archiva has been working from new headquarters that it owns; the headquarters cover a surface area of about 4,000 square meters, with an area of about 300 square meters dedicated to the data centre and auxiliary rooms for the delivery of services. To ensure continuity of service and the optimisation of energy consumption, we have a UPS system (auxiliary power supply) with a capacity of 200 KVA and a photovoltaic system for the production of power with peak capacity of 100 kW.
