By digitally capturing the analogue paper and/or electronic documents to be archived, extracting their contents and publishing them on the document management system.

Reduce search times for archived documents

Through search and consultation with several fields combined with each other or the use of certain keywords, or by creating logical links between documents, e.g. the entire order and payment cycle.

Comply with legal requirements that documents must not be modified

By guaranteeing that all documents sent to Archiva cannot be modified, summarising them in a file containing the electronic fingerprints of the documents received, signing it with a digital certificate and affixing the time stamp issued by a certified TSA (Time Stamp Authority).

Reduce the cost of monitoring and managing anomalies

Through the automatic detection of anomalies, such as missing protocols, duplicates or documents not conforming to project specifications. A dedicated help desk structure ensures that you are promptly notified of such anomalies and provides you with detailed reporting of the findings.

Guarantee the process of dematerialisation of documents

By means of a certified destruction service for paper documents, which guarantees the confidentiality and process with which the archives are managed. Through the supervision of an Archiva employee, the entire operational flow is followed and, on specific request, is able to provide video recording of the entire document dematerialisation process.
