This is achieved via the digital acquisition of analogue paper and/or electronic documents to be archived, the extraction of the contents and the publication on the document management system.
This is achieved by means of document search and consultation using different combined fields or some key words, or by creating logical connections between documents, e.g. the entire order and payment cycle.
This is achieved by guaranteeing that all the documents sent to Archiva cannot be modified as they are grouped in a file containing the digital footprints of the documents received; the file is signed with digital certificate and timestamped with a timestamp issued by a certified TSA (Time Stamp Authority).
This is achieved by means of the automatic detection of anomalies, such as missing protocols, double documents or documents that do not comply with project specifications. A dedicated help desk service will promptly inform you of said anomalies and provide a detailed report on the findings.
This is achieved by means of a certified paper document destruction service that guarantees confidentiality and through the process adopted to manage the archives. This is achieved through Archiva’s own primary data centre that uses a high-reliability enterprise storage system and a secondary data centre for the disaster recovery service. The process is ISO:27001 certified.
