MAXIMISING THE INVESTMENT

Through Smart.Order, the public administration will be able to verify in real time the orders which have been made and, consequently, monitor the costs of public spending with a real decrease in waste.

Deadlines

The Budget Law for 2018, in paragraphs 411-415, envisages that all the purchase orders of the public administration must be carried out exclusively in electronic format and transmitted through the Order Fulfilment Node (Italian acronym NSO).

The Legislative Decree of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance of 7 December 2018, with the change published in a note of 26 September 2019, sets the means and time frames for implementation, establishing the obligation to issue and transmit documents proving the order for purchases of goods and services carried out in electronic form through the NSO starting from 1 February 2020 for the bodies of the Italian National Health Service.

MONITORING OF TRANSACTIONS

Smart.Order enables the monitoring of transactions through dedicated module on the Requiro. HUB portal, in which will be present all the messages exchanged in the network Peppol.

MONITORING OF DELIVERY DETAILS FOR ORDERS

Smart.Order enables the monitoring of the delivery details for orders through the Requiro.Hub web portal.

VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS

Smart.Order enables verification that the transmitted documents have been correctly formatted and contain all the information needed for their subsequent use for the stages of invoicing and payment.

GMANAGEMENT OF TRANSMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

Smart.Order enables management of the online transmission of the IT documents proving the purchases of goods and services among bodies of the Italian National Health Service.

PRESERVATION OF DOCUMENTS

Smart.Order enables the preservation of all the documents exchanged on the PEPPOL network which are digitally preserved in the integrated Requiro.HUB system. The orders are viewed through a standard style sheet.

Uniformity and adherence to the European model through the use of the UBL 3.0 format and the PEPPOL communication channel.
