Official Corporate Communication: Archiva’s Response and Preventative Measures for COVID-19

Archiva has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation related to the Coronavirus health emergency both in northern Italy and abroad in order to ensure our employees are safe and to guarantee the least possible risk to its clients, collaborators, and business operations.

With its headquarters located in the Veneto region of northeast Italy and a significant client base throughout northern Italy, Archiva feels a responsibility to ensure all of its stakeholders that it has taken the necessary precautions to comply with local and national health ordinances.

Some manual and semi-manual work can not be performed remotely, and is therefore still being carried out in our main office in Villafranca di Verona, located in northern Italy, without interruption or reduction to operational capacity. Office spaces have been reorganized to guarantee the safety and protection of our workers.

In accordance with the recent ordinance released by the Italian government, Archiva has cancelled its upcoming workshops that were to take place on 19th of March in Verona, 26th of March in Milan and 2nd of April in Bologna. As a leader in digital transformation solutions, Archiva plans on converting these workshops into online webinars for its clients and collaborators, and information will soon be available on how to access these important webinars.

Archiva continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will keep our stakeholders informed on any changes to normal business operations. Our number one priority is the safety and wellbeing of all of our stakeholders: employees, collaborators and clients.
